Kylie Hanna
Owner, Founder & Accounting Consultant
With seven years of accounting experience across personal injury, healthcare, and technology, Kylie has worked her way from the day-to-day details of accounting into leadership roles, including Controller. She holds a BBA in Accounting and is a Level 2 QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Fiscal Concepts grew out of a simple belief: business owners deserve more from the people handling their books. Kylie wanted to create a business where accounting wasn’t just about keeping records—it was about helping business owners understand what’s happening behind them.
She brings a detail-oriented, hands-on approach to the work and isn’t afraid to dig into the messy stuff. Her goal is to make the complicated feel manageable and give clients someone they can genuinely rely on.
Outside of work: Kylie enjoys knitting, crafting, reading, and spending time with her three fur babies.

Benjamin HannaCo-Owner & Accounting Consultant
Benjamin brings five years of accounting experience across the HVAC and medical industries, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Central Florida and a minor in Finance. Before joining Fiscal Concepts, he worked in finance for UF Health’s College of Medicine.
His experience brings a broader financial and operational perspective to the business, complementing Kylie’s accounting background. Together, they approach each client’s business from both the details and the bigger picture—looking not only at what the numbers say, but what they mean for the business.
For Benjamin, the most important part of the work is building relationships people can trust. Fiscal Concepts is about creating that kind of long-term partnership with the businesses they work with.
Outside of work: Benjamin enjoys playing Mario Kart, going for walks, and everything to do with cars.
